Hello, and thank you for visiting my website to get more information on the services that I provide. 

If you ask any of my family or friends what my natural gifts are, they would all say organizing and decorating.  I have done this for many years and am passionate about helping and serving others in these areas. 


With over 15 years of experience in the Senior Living industry, I have met with countless numbers of families as they were trying  to navigate through the process of downsizing and a possible move into a smaller space.  Or, they needed to create a safer environment in their own homes.  I saw a definite need for the services that I can provide.

Many children of seniors live out of state or simply don't have the time necessary to help with these tasks as their parents transition to a new chapter of their lives.  This can be very stressful, emotional and time consuming! This is my area of expertise and I am happy to help!

I can gently guide families through this process from downsizing, sorting, organizing, packing, unpacking and set up, and move coordination (if needed).

Residential Organizing, Downsizing & Move Coordination


Who needs my services?

  • Are you a Senior or a loved one of a Senior that is moving and are looking for someone to help them through this process?  
  • Are you getting ready to downsize, but don't know where to begin or have a plan?
  • Do you just have too much "stuff" and are overwhelmed at the thought of going through it and don't know where to start?
  • Do you spend most of your time looking for things in your home?
  • Is it hard for you to get out the door each day because you cannot find your keys, coat, matching shoes, etc?
  • Are you afraid to open your kitchen cabinets because everything will come tumbling out?
  • Do you have to hurl your body against your closet door to shut it?
  • Do you feel stressed when you walk into any area of your home due to the lack of order?

If you answered, "YES!" to any of these questions, then you need my services.  Never underestimate the power of being organized. It will empower you, give you more time to focus on other things and yes, actually bring you JOY!

Services and Schedule of Fees


  • Downsizing and/or organizing of:
  • Kitchens
  • Closets 
  • Garages
  • Basements
  • Home offices
  • Any other interior rooms in your home.

Move Coordination:

  • Packing/Unpacking/Set Up
  • Arranging movers (independent companies)
  • Measuring new space and helping to decide what to take, donate or dispose of
  • Client to provide all packing supplies. If you would like me to purchase packing supplies, there would be a shoping fee of $30/hr + cost of supplies.

Schedule of Fees:

  • Initial Phone Assessment:  FREE
  • 30 min Initial In-Home Assessment: $35
  • Hands-On Organizing/Downsizing Services: $50/hr
  • One Hour In-Home Visit + Follow Up Written Assessment: $99
  • Shopping Services (if needed):  $30/hour + cost of supplies
  • Travel Fee: .55 per mile to & from your location if located outside of 25 mile radius of Hermitage, PA.

Available Packages:*

  • 6 hours of services: $285
  • 8 hours of services: $360
  • 10 hours of services: $425

* All packages must be paid up front by cash or check. Services must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of initial agreement.

Min of 2 hour sessions.  

Payment is due at the end of each session by cash or check.  There is a return check fee of $36.


Cancellation policy:  If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a flat fee of $25 unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Serving Lawrence and Mercer, PA counties and Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana, OH counties.  Can serve other counties if arrangements have been made in advance.


Additional Information


My promise to you:

  •  To treat the you with  integrity, courtesy and respect
  •  When unable to fulfill a request for services, I will recommend the services of other qualified professionals.
  • To treat your information with confidentiality, and to use propriety information only with your permission (such as before and after photos).

What I will provide:

  •  Develop a plan of action for dealing with your organizational concerns.
  •  Suggest specific organizing techniques and supplies.
  •  Set up the agreed-upon customized organizing systems based on your needs.
  •  To adjust those organizing systems over time to better suit your individual needs based on feedback and evaluation of daily living.
  •  To provide you with guidance and motivation throughout the organizing process.
  •  To offer  whatever follow-up support (additional organizing sessions, phone coaching, etc.) are necessary to help maintain the changes made.
  •  To create a shopping list of organizing supplies necessary for each session.  You can purchase in advance of session or I can purchase for an additional fee plus cost of supplies (see Schedule of Fees).
  •  To take any small items from your home  for donation and provide a receipt if available.  You will be responsible for any trash removal unless there is a dumpster readily available of premises.




When I decided to start this business, I knew that I wanted "Joy" to be part of the name. I truly believe that having a well organized home decreases stress and yes, brings you joy!
