We live in a world of abundance. You can get whatever you need delivered to your doorstep. Shopping is now a hobby that has become "wants" vs. "needs" driven. This is fine to a point, until your stuff starts to control you, vs. you controlling your stuff!
Everyone deserves a home that functions properly and is their "Happy Place" where they can feel calm and relaxed. This is my wish for you.
I understand that life happens and it is very easy for things to get out of control. I am passionate about helping my clients transform the spaces of their home to bring more peace and joy into their lives.
I will work alongside you and gently guide you to obtain a more organized, functional home and help to get you from the “What Now?” to the “What’s Next?”
This can sometimes be a very emotional and overwhelming process, however, I am here to gently guide you every step of the way.
My mission is to provide you with a non-judgmental and confidential solution to your organizational and/or downsizing challenges and bring some peace, order and joy into your life!
RESIDENTIAL SORTING, DECLUTTERING & ORGANIZING SERVICES:
- Entire home or specific areas of your home.
- Assessment of your needs based on focused questions to create a plan for you and your lifestyle to help your home function better.
- Purchase any necessary items for project that we mutually agree upon. Client pays for the cost of items and a nominal hourly shopping fee.
- Provide you with any necessary resources needed to complete your project.
- Removal of small household items and clothing to donation centers and provide you with a receipt for tax purposes (if available).
- Trash removal will be the responsibility of the home owner unless there is a dumpster available on site.
I will work with you to determine which items to keep, donate, recycle or let it go. Ultimately, you are the boss, however, I can provide the extra support that is needed to help you to make those decisions.
MOVING SERVICES:
- Assist in preparing you for your move by decluttering and sorting.
- Assist in spatial planning by measuring your new space and helping you decide what furniture will fit comfortably in your new home.
- Being present on moving day to supervise the movers on the loading and unloading of your items and directing them where to place things in your new home.
- Unpacking and set up of your new home in an organized fashion.
- Break down boxes and packing materials for you to easily dispose of or recycle.
HOME STAGING SERVICES:
- As a CERTIFIED HOME STAGER, I will:
- Partner with your realtor in getting your home ready to sell including decluttering and staging.
- Conduct an in-home assessment and provide you with a written report on staging suggestions.
- I will use as many of your own things possible in the staging of your home to keep purchases at a minimum.
- A staged home sells faster and for more money than unstaged homes.
MY PROMISE TO YOU:
- To treat the you with integrity, courtesy and respect
- When unable to fulfill a request for services, I will recommend the services of other qualified professionals.
- To treat your information with confidentiality, and to use propriety information only with your permission (such as before and after photos).
What I will provide:
- Develop a plan of action for dealing with your organizational concerns.
- Suggest specific organizing techniques and supplies.
- Set up the agreed-upon customized organizing systems based on your needs.
- To adjust those organizing systems over time to better suit your individual needs based on feedback and evaluation of daily living.
- To provide you with guidance and motivation throughout the organizing process.
- To offer whatever follow-up support (additional organizing sessions, phone coaching, etc.) are necessary to help maintain the changes made.
- To create a shopping list of organizing supplies necessary for each session. You can purchase in advance of session or I can purchase for an additional fee plus cost of supplies.
